Check In: 

House Rental Check In

When you have rented the venue for the night before the ceremony, Check In time is either 3pm or 6pm per your contract. 

Early Check in is not available. 

 

Wedding Day Check In 

When you have rented the venue for Day of Only, Check in time is 10am. 

Early Check in is not available.

 

Need to know:

You will need a designated person(s) to park cars. To keep cars in appropriate areas and have guests able to easily leave when needed.

The outlet that is down the wedding aisle outside has a light switch to turn it on. Located inside the main double doors to the right. 

 

The pool lights have a switch to turn them on for night swimming.
Switch is located in the rock landscaping BEHIND the pool/fence on the GROUND.

 

 

Check Out:

Check out is 11pm the day of the ceremony. Angela and/or Kade will be there for the check out process. 

Please take all of the trash out of the building. Cans are located behind the building. 

Please double check that all personal belongings are collected from the Bride & Grooms Suites. 

 

Banned 

•No Glass Bottles - Alternative options are Cans or Aluminium Bottles 

•No Open Flames/Candles - Alternative options are LED candles.

•No Glitter/Confetti

•No Smoking or Vaping inside the building - Designated smoking areas located outside

•No Sparklers 

•No Wall Hangings that may cause damage such as nails, duct tape, glue - Alternative Options ie: Zip Ties Or Velcro Cable Ties

*No Pets. For the safety and comfort of others please leave your animals at home.

Article 6 of Contract

 

”Grantee agrees that it shall observe any and all posted Property restrictions, and cooperate in assuring the Event attendees do so.  Grantor reserves the authority to revoke the license of Grantee or any Event attendee should her/she/it or its Event attendees become disruptive, belligerent, violent, abusive, or uncooperative with Grantor in facilitating the Event. 

Grantee recognizes that the Property contains open bodies of water that might be present a danger of injury or death for Event attendees.  In order to assure that no injuries occur, all children below the age of twelve (12) shall be accompanied by an adult at all times.”
